ANTICA BIRRERIA PERONI
An excellent place for lunch in Rome is Antica Birreria Peroni, just across from the Trevi Fountain and Piazza Venezia. Usually, this place gets pretty crowded with locals during lunchtime, but that’s because it’s worth it! You will find delicious pasta dishes for reasonable prices at Antica Bierreria Peroni.

Enoteca Corsi is a perfect choice for those who want to try traditional Roman cuisine. Located next to piazza Venezia, Enoteca Corsi is a family-run restaurant with fantastic food! It’s a great place to choose for lunch, although it is open only for dinner on Thursdays and Fridays.

Thursday – Friday from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Enoteca Corsi is closed on Sundays.

Da Francesco is another excellent pizza and pasta restaurant in Rome. You can’t go wrong with the pasta or pizza, but we particularly recommend trying the truffle pasta if you decide to visit this restaurant. It is the best!

Baffetto and Baffetto 2 are two different restaurants. A father founded the first one, and his son founded the second restaurant. They both offer exquisite dishes and are located right next to Piazza Navona.

RISTORANTE AROMA AT PALAZZO MANFREDI
Ristorante Aroma at Palazzo Manfredi is a famous 5-star restaurant located right across the street from the Colosseum. The views from its rooftop of the Roman Colosseum are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Please keep in mind that this is a pricey option, but there’s a reason for it! The food is exquisite, and the views of the Colosseum are definitely worth seeing.

La Taverna dei Fori Imperiali is a family-owned place with traditional Roman food. The best dish that you should definitely try is the ravioli di burrata. Also, making a reservation in advance is highly advisable since this place gets really crowded!

Dar Poeta is a nice authentic restaurant that should definitely be on your Rome itinerary. This place serves good portions for reasonable prices, and the food is amazing! There might be a line in front of the restaurant, but they can usually put you on a list and tell you when to return. You might have a little bit of difficulty finding this place, so the best thing to do is to use your GPS!
